To write for eHow, you need to first become a writer of Demand Studios (owner of eHow). Demand Studios will require you to fill out an application form and submit a sample of your writing. Once you have submitted your application, Demand Studios will take about 48 hours to review and approve your application. As soon as your application has approved, you can start writing articles on eHow.
eHow already has over 20,000 available titles that need people to write. Every time when you want to write an article, you must first choose and claim an available title from eHow database. As there were so many titles in the eHow database, it will take you some time to find a title that you’re interested to write.
Once you have selected an article title to write, you will be given 7 days to complete the article. When you have completed your article, a copy editor will review your article. If you article gets accepted, it will be published on eHow but if it requires modification or rewrite, then you will be given another 4 days to do the revision and resubmit to the editor. This time if your article still doesn’t meet their requirements, it will be rejected.
For each of your articles that get approved and published, eHow will usually pay $15. Payment will be sent to you via PayPal twice a week.
